Do you accept insurance?
As I am not contracted to any insurance plans I am considered an "out-of-network provider." This means that I request payment at the time of service and offer you a coded "superbill" that you can send to your insurance provider to receive reimbursement directly. As coverage varies tremendously I encourage you to call the number on the back of your card to find out the specifics for your insurance.
If our insurance system changes in the future I will reassess this policy. Right now I find many insurance rules to be neither in your or my best interest so I choose not to participate.
What are your office hours?
Kara is in the office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 to 3 plus Friday 9 to 12. Carol is available Monday thru Thursday from 10:00 to 5. If your schedule requires some other appointment time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
