Meet Kara
Naturopathic Physician
I am fortunate to have trained at Bastyr University, the premier school of science-based naturopathic medicine, completing a doctorate program that integrates contemporary western medicine with the best in natural therapeutics.
At the Taoist Institute of Education and Acupuncture, in Colorado, I was able to learn Classical Five Element Acupuncture directly from JR Worsley and his daughter Hilary Skellon. It was a gift to be able to learn this ancient style in the oral tradition in which it has always been taught.
It is my love of wilderness and native plants that first attracted me to herbal medicine and, from there, deeper into the world of natural medicine. The relationship of personal health to the health of our environment and our communities continues to be a central focus of my work.

Meet Carol
Certified Colon Hydrotherapist
After ten years as a 911 Calltaker and Fire & Police Dispatcher my life changed in a way I had never anticipated! My health took a serious down-turn.
Through the process of returning my body to a healthier state, I have learned a great deal about the important connection between a properly functioning digestive system and optimal health.
With this discovery, I have developed a passion for helping others improve their own health, especially their digestive health. Thus I came to consider a career in colon hydrotherapy.
I earned my certification with The International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy (IACT). I am excited to be able to offer you my services as a colon hydrotherapist, and I look forward to helping you attain your digestive wellness.
